Had a great Christmas at this Tudor-style hotel in a charming town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the solid and warm four posters beds and the beautiful beams. The location was perfect and made it very easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The food was tasty and homemade, and the lounge area was relaxing with a cozy atmosphere.
The menu was quite limited and we had to wait a bit for our meals. There were some issues with cleanliness in the bathroom and occasional outside noise.

The hotel was located in a beautiful old town, with easy access to transportation. the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our Christmas stay. the cozy atmosphere of the hotel offered a lovely getaway from the hustle and bustle of busy cities. We especially enjoyed the delicious food and hot drinks offered by the fireplace.
The room fell short of our expectations in terms of comfort. the bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped, and the heating system was not adequate which made the room quite cold during the winter.

The service provided by the staff was great, and they were very attentive. The rooms had basic amenities like a TV, hairdryer, and wardrobe, which was convenient. The breakfast offered a great choice and there was plenty of it.
The noise level above one of the bars could be improved.
